Wellness & Mental Health Awareness Night 2026

School District of Superior, NAMI Lake Superior South Shore, Essentia Health, Douglas County Drug Coalition, and UW-Extension present the 5th Annual Wellness & Mental Health Awareness Night. On May 19, this FREE family event will Kody Green discusses his own mental health journey and how you could help someone in need. A FREE dinner will be provided along with resources from our community.

Strike out mental health stigma and support NAMI Lake Superior South Shore & Hope Haven Peer Respite in a family-friendly bowling event with pizzas, snacks, & soda.

The cost is $20 per person or $100 per Team (five bowlers on a team). Cost includes three games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza, soda, resource tables, etc. Prize drawings and 50/50 raffle will be done as well.

NAMI LSSS Walk

More details are yet to come on this event, but hopefully you’ll plan on joining us in September to walk with us and help bring awareness of NAMI and mental health support.
