NAMI Lake Superior South Shore’s support groups are a wonderful way for you or a loved one to meet and learn with others who have lived experience with mental illness. Join us and we can help you find hope, inspiration, and reassurance!
Superior Adult Peer Support Group
This is our support group for adults with mental illness. Facilitated by trained individuals who live with mental illness and are in recovery.
- Meets 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 5:30p.m. to 7:00pm
- Meets 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month from 5:30p.m. to 7:00p.m.
- Meetings take place at Essentia St. Mary’s Superior in the Community Room (3500 Tower Ave.)
- Meetings are also accessible via Zoom if you do not wish to attend in person.
